We are looking for a committed professional to Chair the Human Resources Planning Committee of a newly forming Christian school that will serve students in grades 5 to 12 in New Jersey and New York. Church/Christian affiliation or membership is not required for this opportunity. The schools are anticipated to open in September 2020.

The Human Resources Planning Committee will be responsible for developing and overseeing our human resources program and for recommending programs (insurance, retirement) for all staff. The Committee will also work with other committees to determine how the HR functions will be managed once the schools are open and will also make recommendations for the overall staffing of the schools.

The Chair will work with the Pastor to develop the agenda and materials for each meeting and will then convene a monthly conference call. Other work can be done virtually as determined by the Chair. The Chair's primary goal is to lead the committee in managing tasks to complete the work that it identified in its committee description and to keep the group focused and on task.

Candidates with significant experience in human resources are strongly encouraged to apply.

The next committee meetings are being scheduled for October.
