Our busy Park office can use assistance several days a week as a receptionist answering telephones, office filing, and providing assistance at the Ranger Station located at the entrance to the park, where fees are collected, and there is a great deal of visitor contact.

The Florida Park Service's mission is to provide resource-based recreation while preserving, interpreting and restoring natural and cultural resources.
Description
Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park has embarked on a long-term ecological restoration aimed at reestablishing and managing beach dune, coastal strand, freshwater wetlands, maritime hammock, and mangrove forest communities. The Cape Florida Project aimes to restore ecosystem function and connect a culturally diverse urban population with nature through volunteerism and education.
