The Program is in need of knowledgeable baseball/softball coaches to help develop the children of Baldwins skills and assist coaches who do not have as much understanding of the game. Along with coaches volunteers are needed to obtain sponsors and help setup and run carnival events during the year. Currently we are putting batting cages in Baldwin park and any volunteer who can help lay cement and place poles would be greatly appreciated
