Washington Youth Soccer State Cups are approaching. There will be hundreds of players competing over the course of two consecutive weekends in February Boys and girls ages 10 - 18 will be present.
There will be many moving pieces, so we are looking for volunteers that will help us manage this event. Responsabilites will range from signing players in at the check in table, managing equipment, and facilitating and directing players of where to go amongst others.
Exact dates are Saturday, February 3rd/Sunday February 4th and Saturday February 10th/Sunday February 11th. All take place at Starfire Soccer Complex in Tukwila. Hours of service are from 8am to 7pm, with shifts being assigned based on hours of availability. Volunteers need to arrive half an hour before assigned shift for explanation of duties.
Meals and hot drinks will be provided!

It is the mission of Washington Youth Soccer to foster the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of the State of Washington's youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and competition.
Description
Washington Youth Soccer is a nonprofit organization bringing soccer opportunities at all levels of the game to kids ages 5-19 across the state. Our organization is comprised of 40 Member Associations and over 250 clubs that facilitate recreational, select and regional programs as well as TOPSoccer (soccer programming for players with disabilities). Additionally, we run four annual State Cup Tournaments, state level leagues, an Elite Player Development program, and several soccer outreach programs.
When you play Washington Youth Soccer, you are doing more than playing a sport; you are becoming a part of a soccer family with over 150,000 members across all parts of the state! You are choosing a soccer program that focuses on age-appropriate training and player-centric development - you are choosing a soccer program that will develop your player physically, mentally and emotionally.
