ORGANIZATION: Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Advocate for long term care residents. The primary purpose of the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program is to receive, identify, investigate and impartially resolve complaints made by, or on behalf of residents of long term care facilities. Successful completion of the mandated Ombudsman training and certification by the State of California is required.
