If you or a loved one has ever had surgery, you know just how difficult it can be to wait for word that all is well. We need compassionate people to act as a liaison in our Surgical Waiting Area, able to act as a resource for waiting family members, offering a warm beverage and a listening ear if needed, as well as relaying updates about delays and completed procedures.
