Mike's TEAM is a one-on-one mentoring program where mentors spend an hour a week at the Boys & Girls Clubs with their mentee. Mentor/mentee pairs work on homework and also have the opportunity to complete weekly lessons and activities (this could include science experiments, career development projects, community service activities, etc.) The weekly lessons are optional; if mentors and mentees find they have other interests in common they are free to pursue those interests as well.

Description
The Boys & Girls Club of Delaware serves over 20,000 children annually in after-school programs. Most Clubs offer a games room, swimming pool, gymnasium, art room, and computer center for afterschool activities.
There are 17 standalone Club locations and several school sites and are located throughout the state in each county.
