Allie's Kidney Beans Foundation is a Non-Profit 501 (c) (3) founded with the purpose to advocate and educate the community about minority health disparities. The organization is currently seeking purpose driven, enthusiastic, volunteers for a position(s) on the Board of Directors. The ideal volunteer(s) would possess current experience with Non-Profit Organizations and familiarity with fiduciary, moral and ethical responsibilities of Board of Directors. Inclusive of attendance of quarterly board meetings, willingness to join a board committee, and recruitment efforts of donors and corporate partners.

Description
Allie's Kidney Beans Foundation was started to increase awareness of minority health disparities regarding kidney failure and the link between preexisting medical conditions; hypertension and pre-diabetes, diabetes and obesity. Allie's Kidney Beans Foundation uses education and advocacy as a tool to change current medical trends.
