Job Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Duties (BDM):
- · Assist Country Director in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities
- · Lead the development and implementation of Agri-Smart’s marketing strategy
- · Develop and strengthen Agri-Smart’s networks with private, international, and non-government organizations
- · Raise funds from a variety of sources such as grants, investors, and crowd sourcing
- · Achieve sales target
- · Coordinating production and distribution of a wide range of marketing communications
- · Perform market field research at village level
- · Create reports to inform US office about business performance and market trends
- · Create and work within budget and activity plan
Requirements (BDM):
- Working experience in sales and networking within an NGO or private business
- · Fluent English speaking with excellent writing skills (a written test will take place during the interview)
- · Degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent
- · Strong interpersonal skills
- · Good analytical and creative problem solving skills
- · Confident, organized, and good communication skills
- · Self-motivation and ability to work with limited supervision and with remote communication between teams
- · Business and financial literacy
- · Proficient in basic computer skills such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- · Ability to travel within Cambodia
