Jubilee Transtion Homes is needing male mentors to spend 1 hour a week with 1 or 2 of our male residents to set up goals, be a listener, and provide life application plans for each of them. Being a faith-based ministry, we would require the mentor to be a Christian and to have an active life in their local Church.

Description
Jubilee Transition Homes provides a safe place of refuge, and fosters an atmosphere of healing single men who have been homeless to receive help and transform themselves into working, contributing, and healthy individuals.
JTH are self sustaining, and our residents are expected to contribute to the livelihood and welfare of their home. Our residents are invited to be a part of JTH for a period of six to eighteen months with their stated intention of accomplishing what is necessary to attain employment, personl healing, and growth.
