Lunch Aide

MAS welcomes volunteers to spend time with our scholars during lunch! Volunteers will develop meaningful connections with our scholars while also encouraging responsible behavior like keeping tables clean and being kind to others. Volunteers will also help get equipment ready for Recess when needed.

The Lunch period for our students are between 10:50 am to 12:45 pm. Volunteers can bring their own lunch or can receive the same meal that the students eat (must notify us about this in advance). We recommend that volunteers bring things to show the students (like about their job or the school they go to)!

send an email to Asia McMurphy at volunteercoordinator@mascience.org if you are interested!
