Mission Statement

Description

Incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 1984, Crossroads Community began delivering services in 1983. The fledgling organization was initially charged with providing psychosocial rehabilitation services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness who resided in Kent and Queen Anne's Counties in Maryland.

Over the next 30 years, Crossroads grew to provide a full array of psychiatric rehabilitation and case management services to adults and children throughout five mid-shore counties on Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Crossroads has now expanded to also provide clinical services through our clinic, Corsica River Mental Health Services.
