ORGANIZATION: Compass Family Services

Purpose

Compass is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable database volunteer to help with data entry, configuration and administrative tasks. Having recently implemented a custom Salesforce system across all of our programs, the agency has identified several needs related to data integrity as well user support. Our ideal candidate to champion these initiatives has a proven ability to maintain databases, is willing to learn, demonstrates strong attention to detail, understands the importance of clean data, and has excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quickly get up to speed with where Compass stands in its database implementation project
  • Perform configuration and data cleanup projects
  • Develop and/or update online knowledge management content
  • Collaborate with Data & Evaluation Coordinator and Director of Programs

Skills Required

  • Attention to detail and superior organization skills
  • Hands-on database administration experience, preferable via the Salesforce platform
  • Ability to independently pursue and complete tasks
  • Passion for furthering Compass Family Services’ mission to help homeless families achieve housing stability, family wellbeing and self-sufficiency
  • Experience with Salesforce automation features not required, but preferred
