Position:
Associate Producer
Interlock Media, Inc.
We’re seeking a high-energy and effective Associate Producer with excellent leadership and project management skills. We currently have two world-class documentaries in production, as well as a series of multichannel shorts. As AP you will participate in all aspects of a project: research, crew coordination, tracking the progress of post-production editing, color correction, graphics and soundtrack, and the production of digital promotions, press, and publicity.
Schedule : Minimum of 25 hr/wk, full time (40 hr/wk) preferred
Compensation : Unpaid/Apprentice
Location : Convenient to public transportation and Kendall Square
Job Type : Volunteer; non-profit. 4-month commitment
Experience:
The opportunity requires prior film production experience. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude are ideal. Applicants should possess the ability to work independently, remain flexible and take initiative in a resource-limited environment.

Interns participate in all aspects of film and media production, including: research writing coordination of crews participation in shoots participation in film editing scriptwriting production of print materials any task that may arise
Salary: None Qualifications:
Interns must have strong communication skills, a desire to learn, and a pro-active attitude. The following skills and experience are preferred, but not required: superior writings skills technical ability computer skills (mac platform) experience with camera, lighting, or other gear.
