Description: Help East Side Elders reach potential volunteers at the 2017 HandsOn Twin Cities Volunteer Expo! Are you friendly, outgoing, and ready to make a difference? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you! This is a one-time volunteer opportunity and volunteers will have the chance to choose a timeslot that works for them (event is Saturday, February 18 from 10am to 3pm)
Qualifications:
Must pass a background check
Able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds in a caring, courteous manner
Must be willing to learn about East Side Elders’ mission and volunteer opportunities in order to be knowledgeable during the event.

East Side Elders helps our seniors live full and rewarding lives - in the home and community they want - for as long as possible and as healthy and well as possible. Our teams of volunteers, students and community members provide a wide range of services and activities that give the necessary support and resources to our elderly neighbors wherever they call home.
