Provide advice and guidance to executive director
Work with CEO/Executive Director to create a strategic plan to guide the organization
Approve operating budget
Work with ED to develop a fundraising plan to ensure that the organization has the resources needed to fulill the strategic plan.

Description
A nonprofit 501 (c)3 tax exempt organization serving youths and families in Baltimoe City and Countty living below the median income in the community. The program addresses the growning demand for a quality out of school hours programming so that all school-age, Maryland youth have access to high quality learning opportunities in the out of school hours that will lead to success in school.
