Lead the Way is a Leadership Conference for High School girls hosted by High School girls. Girl attend 40 minute workshops hosted by experts in the field covering a wide variety of topics.
This workshop is all about being heard in a team. Practice strategies to getting your voice heard when working in a team.
Girls want to know how to get people to listen to them when they have an idea, a point they want to make, or even just a comment. Many girls feel that their voices are not being heard in large groups and that they do not know how to make them heard, they do not know how to get a group to stop talking and focus on what they are saying. Girls want to practice real tools that they can use in group settings to break in and be heard.
