Work on-site (at Food Gatherers Headquarters on Carrot Way) preparing bulk produce for easier consumption, and keeping the warehouse clean and food-safe.

Produce Production (PP) includes preparing items like squash, carrots and beets by cutting, peeling, and repackaging for distribution. PP may involve the use of knives, peelers, scrapers and other sharp tools or equipment. PP volunteers are required to stand, with some lifting and bending. Use of hands and coordination is required for cutting and preparing foods.

Shifts are Mondays, from 4-6pm at our warehouse.
