The Center for Independent Living (CIL) will have its annual Phone-a-thon on Wednesday, February 8 th 2016 at our office 5:30pm-7:30pm. We need volunteers to:
- Call past clients to let them know about our Florida Telecommunications Relay Inc. (FTRI) Campaign.
- Volunteers will ask clients if they would pledge towards this initiative.
- Volunteers will be trained before making a call and have script to reference from
- CIL Staff will help out with training and making sure that you are comfortable when making calls
- This event is not about who makes the most calls but quality of contact
- We need volunteers that are 16 + are comfortable on the phone and calling people that can fill out pledge slip.
- You can invite others to this great event but notify us as we are able to make accommodations.
- CIL will provide pizza and soft drinks for volunteers.
