Essential Duties:
* Contact volunteer applicants to confirm days of serving.
* Keep volunteers informed on opportunities to serve.
* Send thank you letters to volunteers after events.
* Assist with volunteer recruitment.
* Keep inventory and ample supply of gloves, bags, trash picker upper, vest
* Prepare and distribute community service hour forms as needed.
* Prepare status reports as specified by the Executive Director.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications & Google Forms.
* Excellent writing, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
