The Area Agency on Aging is now the Benefits Enrollment Center for Palm Beach County. As an application specialist you will be trained to screen, apply, and explain for 5 core benefits for low income Medicare Beneficiaries. These benefits include:
Medicare Savings Program to the someones part B paid for.
Medicaid to supplement Medicare costs.
Extra Help to help with Part D and presecription costs.
LIHEAP, a senior electric assistance program
SNAP- ACCESS Florida for Supplemental Nutirition Assistnace Program (foodstamps)
Come work with a fun group of seniors helpling seniors!

Description
Area Agency on Aging is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to serving seniors, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers. We plan for and fund services for the people we serve through a network of care providers throughout Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach and St. Lucie counties. Through our Helpline, we provide services and information on aging issues, advocacy, one-on-one assistance, and a host of services that help seniors maintain their independence.
For more than 25 years we have been helping seniors, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers. Services are available to the entire community regardless of ability to pay.
