SWANS mentors help girls 8-16 and their parents navigate the murky waters of adolescence to help them look deeper at themselves and come of age in a positive and nurturing environment.
Through a series of life skill workshops, age-focused retreats, after school project-based curriculum, and quarterly Party For A Purpose events, our SWANS Mentoring program provides a safe space for girls 8-16 to evolve from a mindset that they are Ugly Ducklings and embrace a beautfiul healthy mindset that they are graceful SWANS in the making.
Our SWANS Party for A Purpose events help girls navigate:
- Healthy Self Image & Body Awareness
- Family Skills such as how to talk to parents
- Character Development
- Life Skills such as Financial Literacy, Job Readiness, Dress for Success
- Social Skills in modern-day popular culture such as Anti-Sexting, Safe Internet Use
- College & STEM Curriculum Prep
Volunteer as a SWANS After-School Mentor, Party For A Purpose Facilitator, Motivational Speaker, Virtual STEM Mentor, or Event Staff.
For all quarterly programs in Georgia, volunteers must have their own reliable transportation, attend a Volunteer Orientation training, and pass a background check.
Professionals interested in providing Counseling, Pediatrics and Tech fields must provide a professional bio and references.

Metamorphasis Powerhouse Company is an award winning federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission of empowering people to evolve, strive and thrive. We evolve what is possible for future generations by equipping youth with pathways for success through academic and financial literacy, STEM, and career readiness/youth entrepreneurship. We help students thrive in our support of healthy family foundations by providing parent university workshops. We ensure communities thrive by turning everyday places into public learning classrooms to dismantle education inequities, especially in areas historically underserved residents live, work and play. Metamorphasis Powerhouse Company provides weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual educational programs for youth and adults through apps, workshops, and camps. We provide educational enrichment services to schools, faith-based institutions and municipalities as a state and federal service provider.

Our programs equip people to become empowered to say YES to their dreams and goals, and NO to destructive lifestyle choices.
Just Say YES to Youth Initiative equips youth to succeed by educating them through project-based learning, dynamic mentors, and out-of-the-box classroom curriculum, reinforcing positive choices and how to design a growth mindset.
Primary services are in the areas of Early Ed, K-12 Ed, & Adult Ed related to: Academic/ financial literacy, career readiness & entrepreneurship, STE(A)M services to advance educational enrichment for youth and adults, and birth-3yo language nutrition.
Our volunteers are on-site at schools, running our community-based learning labs in partnered public spaces or working virtually using tech to advance our mission to turn everyday places into public learning classrooms to help people evolve into their best selves.
