At Hospice Sanctuary we have elderly patients throughout the valley whom are in a little need of cheer. These patients love having someone near to talk with or just to hold their hands. Some patients have higher functioning and are able to tell stories from their life, play games, or walk around. Other patients have dementia but still enjoy people's company to be read to or have music played to them.

- Dignity Health Hospice is seeking positive thinking individuals of Integrity and Commitment to serve those with a Life Limiting Illness
- Volunteers give the gift of their time and themselves
- Hospice patients need volunteers to visit in their home, wherever that may be
- Volunteers read and write letters, visit with patients, participate in crafts, board games and cards
- Dignity Health Hospice serves all of the Maricopa County Community
