Texas Advocates is in need of advocacy volunteers to assist our self-advocates with:

-Capitol Visits during the 85th Legislative Session

-administrative tasks such as: taking minutes at meetings, legislative mailings, putting together informational packets, etc.

-researching upcoming legislation and engagement opportunities

Most of this work will be completed virtually or at different meeting locations throughout Austin (the Capitol, the Mary Lee Foundation, ADAPT of Texas, The Arc of Texas, etc.).
