North Coast Accessible Homes, a division of North Coast Community Homes, has been adapting homes for more than 30 years for people with developmental disabilities. Now NCAH is bringing that expertise to others who have mobility challenges, offering individuals who want to stay in their homes the freedom to do so. Whether they are veterans, aging parents of family members with physical disabilities, NCAH assesses their needs and makes modifications to homes with the aim of improving mobility and quality of life.
You can help get the word out about NCAH by placing our fliers at various locations in different communities. We provide the promotional fliers and you get to derive altruistic happiness, knowing that you're helping someone improve and enhance their life.
Intern hours for students also available.

Description
North Coast Community Homes purchases and maintains homes for individuals who have developmental and mental disabilities and who are referred by the county Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities. The volunteer group -- North Coast Neighbors -- supports the mission of NCCH through education, advocacy, fundraising and hands-on volunteer projects.
