Do you love event planning? Are you creative? Want to make a big impact?
Join our amazing event team to make our 2017 Annual Fundraiser Celebration the best one yet! Through monthly meetings we will design, plan and create an amazing event. This will be our 5th event so we have lots of ideas and experience, but would love to meet new folks that also want to empower families of children with special needs! This is a fun hard working group that will make a magical night happen ( for a wonderful cause) in September
We are looking for folks that have strengths in any of the following areas:
Logistics-Help plan and coordinate event
Sponsors- Sponsorship Solicitation
Social Media/ Communications Team
AV/Tech Support
Procurement of auction and/or raffle items
Event Design and Layout
Event Set up from beginning to end ( Sept 15, 2017)
Meet 1x/month May-October
Meets the 2nd Monday of the month from 6-8pm
