ASTC

American Stage Theatre, Tampa Bay's longest-running professional theatre company, is seeking volunteers for front-of-house activities throughout the season. Front-of-house volunteers are essential to providing our patrons with excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience. Ticketing volunteers greet the patrons at the entrance to the theatre and scan tickets, and ushers assist patrons to their seats. Concessions volunteers assist the Bar Manager with serving beverages and snacks before the performance and at intermission; experience in customer service, cash sales, and food/beverage is encouraged but we are willing to train. Time commitment varies depending on the length of the performance and can be anywhere from 2.5 to 3.5 hours. Volunteers are invited to stay and watch the show if seats are available for they performance they work; if the house is full, the volunteer can receive a complimentary ticket for another performance. Contact American Stage Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@americanstage.org for more information about how to join our volunteer family!
Please add volunteer@americanstage to your email contacts to ensure delivery. If you don’t hear back from us within a week of submitting please check your "Junk" folder.
