Join the tree-planting fun with Friends of Trees at the new Farmington Road Paddle Launch along the Tualatin River! In partnership with Tualatin Riverkeepers, Clean Water Services, and Metro we will be planting native trees and shrubs to help revegetate portions of this soon to be completed new access point to the Tualatin.
Please arrive around 8:45am to be registered and assigned to a crew. Look for Friends of Trees signs to help guide you. The event will start promptly at 9:00am. We provide breakfast snacks and hot chocolate/coffee, as well as gloves, tools and guidance. Please come dressed for the weather and wearing sturdy, closed-toe shoes and get ready to have fun!

Friends of Trees is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization which organizes tree planting and care events in neighborhoods, natural areas and on school grounds in partnership with the community, government and businesses.
Since Friends of Trees was founded in 1989, our volunteers have planted more than 750,000 trees and native plants!
