Join us for the first of three plantings to improve habitat for pollinators!
Please arrive around 8:45am to be registered and assigned to a crew. The event will start promptly at 9:00am. We provide breakfast snacks and hot chocolate/coffe e, as well as gloves, tools and guidance. Please come dressed for the weather and wearing sturdy, closed-toe shoes and get ready to have fun!
These plantings are all part of the Bee Stewards Wilsonville project in partnership with the City of Wilsonville; Northwest Center for Alternatives to Pesticides; The West Linn Wilsonville School District, Center for Research in Environmental Sciences and Technology; Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation; Northwest Youth Corps; Habitat Landscape Design; Oregon State University North Willamette Research and Extension among others. This project is supported by Metro and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.

Friends of Trees is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization which organizes tree planting and care events in neighborhoods, natural areas and on school grounds in partnership with the community, government and businesses.
Since Friends of Trees was founded in 1989, our volunteers have planted more than 750,000 trees and native plants!
