Digital Marketing Director

Reporting to Shine Board Members, this individual manages demand generation and marketing funnel optimization. Using marketing tactics such as search engine marketing & optimization, social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, and email marketing, the Digital Marketing Director will grow our audience database.

This role is well suited for a results-driven, analytical and creatively-minded professionals.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Create a digital media strategy that aligns with achieving Shine objectives
• Work closely with founder and Board members to translate vision, ideas and insights into broader marketing strategy
• Assess landscape and recommend budget to Board for review and
  Approval
• Manage digital marketing budget
• Collaborate with PR Director for communication and media campaigns
• Lead creative development and content curation for social media and other channels (written and visual)
• Manage content integrity of website analyzing traffic and conversion funnels
• Strong command of digital analytics. Establish KPIs
• Analyze data share insights with Shine Board members for future planning
• Proactively monitor and explore digital trends and strategies that are appropriate for Shine and its target population
• Ad hoc responsibilities outside of this role, within his/her ability and as needed

Time commitment : Monthly 2-hour Board meetings, up to 5 hours / week of time commitment based on needs.
