Food Rescue collects soon-to-expire, fresh, healthy food from grocery stores, bakeries, and farms, and distributes it to the 70+ food pantries and community meal sites in our 5-county area, all on the same day, at no cost to the pantries and meal sites.
Become a Healthy Harvester! Help us repack food - either fresh, frozen, or nonperishables - into pantry-sized boxes in our warehouse year-round.

Description
Goodwill Northern Michigan is a community-owned nonprofit with community programs - including Food Rescue, Street Outreach, the Goodwill Inn, Supportive Housing, Good Meals, Patriot Place, and Good Partner Vouchers - that serve a 19-county region from Wexford to Cheboygan. Donations and sales at our thrift stores, combined with financial support from a generous donor community, allow us to increase housing stability and food security for some of our most vulnerable neighbors in Northern Michigan.
