We are looking for volunteers for our 5k Race as well as in the few months leading up to it. Different roles based on what you or your group might be interested in helping with. Higher-level leadership roles with our committee also available for the right person...

Some of the areas we would like more volunteers for:

*Awareness & outreach to Running Community & local colleges

*Support Group (Teal Buddies)

*Recruiting Runners/Walkers to form Teams!

*Recruiting Exhibitors for the event (Women-related/healthy living & nutrition-related/fitness-related, etc.)

*Recruiting entertainment

* Recruiting Sponsors -leverage existing relationships to help make introductions for NOCC with comanies that may have interest in our work in New Jersey

* "Day Of" Helping with set-up & OR Break-down

Mission Statement

The mission of the NOCC is to save lives by fighting tirelessly to prevent and cure ovarian cancer, and to improve the quality of life for survivors.

Description

NOCC provides funding for research, educational programming, community outreach for earlier awareness & different types of community events for survivors, their friends and families. We are always looking to grow our volunteer base to help grow these amazing areas of focus so that together we can fight to prevent & Cure ovarian cancer.
