We have several classes and workshop times available for volunteers wishing to lead a Bible Study class for the female clients of Gospel Rescue Mission. Classes are taught on an on-going basis and therefore we ask for a strong commitment from anyone with a desire to lead the class(es). You can either determine your own lesson plan (upon approval) or use an established lesson plan created by one of our staff members.
We ask that the Bible Study Teacher Volunteer have patience and a heart to show the love of Jesus in action.
Current Classes Needing Teachers are:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 7-8PM

Description
Gospel Rescue Mission operates a homeless shelter for men and a shelter for women and women with children. In addition to providing emergency needs to the homeless population, both shelters operate long term residential recovery and education programs. These programs include: drug and alcohol recovery and relapse prevention; academic education; computer literacy; counseling; job readiness; and life skills training. We also provide food boxes, clothing,and household items to needy Tucson residents.
