ORGANIZATION: SCRAP Creative Reuse

Do you imagine your heart sewn together with beautiful scraps of fabric and colorful thread? Does it pound like the needle of your sewing machine at the sight of vintage thimbles, decorative straight pins, and piles of decorative trim? If so, consider volunteering some of your free time in the Sewing and Notions section of SCRAP PDX! Tasks related to this section will include creating sewing kits, trim packs, and scrap fabric packs as well as sorting, organizing, and packaging needles, pins, thread, and embellishments. If this sounds like an exciting volunteer opportunity to you, email for more info on how to get started!
