Mission Statement
SPCA of Ocala, Inc. animal rescue is a unique 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. We are dedicated to providing a safe heaven and placement for dogs and a variety of other animals that have been surrendered, abandoned, or just no longer wanted. Our goal is to find new forever homes for adoptable pets while reducing the overflow of unwanted animals from local county and private facilities that are operating at full capacity through our education outreach program on animal abuse and proper pet care.
Description
Our vision at SPCA of Ocala, Inc. is to provide a safe and healthy rescue facility at our sanctuary environment that provides stability and basic needs for all rescued animals, including veterinary care, grooming, exercise, and emotional well-being in a natural and relaxed atmosphere. Permanent residency may also be gained for animals whose owners are on hospice or through a pet trust.
