Freedom Hearts Animal Rescue was founded in November of 2016 by a group of caring and compassionate individuals with a love of Animals and a background in Rescue work. Our mission is to provide temporary housing for abused, abandoned, and neglected Dogs, Cats, and Small Animals with a focus on pulling animals from high kill Shelters, and to match them to loving forever homes. We also strive to better the community through education on humane treatment of pets while providing resources to pet Families in need of assistance. Assisting with transports to get pets to safe areas and working towards Spaying and Neutering Community Cats in the Berkeley County area is also a passion of ours.
