Lead the Way is a Leadership Conference for High School girls hosted by High School girls. Girl attend 40 minute workshops hosted by experts in the field covering a wide variety of topics.
*The following workshops only happen once so girls can try this activity. This workshop only last for 30 minutes.*
Ground your mind and body with this chair based yoga that you can do at home, at school, or in an office. Girls want to relax and how to do yoga moves when they are stuck in chairs all day and wearing business attire. It is a relaxing workshop where they will actually do chair yoga.
