Lead the Way is a Leadership Conference for High School girls hosted by High School girls. Girl attend 40 minute workshops hosted by experts in the field covering a wide variety of topics.
This workshop is all about being prepared. Our motto is be prepared and you will learn some valuable skills to keep yourself safe and healthy now and in college when you are out on your own.
Girls want to learn how to keep themselves from physical harm now and in college. They want to learn how to get medical help for illness while away from home and in college. They want to know the risks they face and how to avoid them. Girls want the chance to put together personal safety plans for going to parties, sporting events, walking across campus, leaving work at night, etc.
