ORGANIZATION: Girl Scouts of Northern California

Lead the Way is a Leadership Conference for High School girls hosted by High School girls. Girl attend 40 minute workshops hosted by experts in the field covering a wide variety of topics.

This workshop is all about High School vs College, what all levels of teachers are looking for and how to maximize the student's ability to succeed in their classes.

Girls want to know what high school teachers and college professors wish that they knew. They want to know what they are thinking, what they see over and over again that really bugs them, and how to be the student that teacher or professor is looking for. Girls would like a chance to practice talking to a professor and asking for help in understanding something.
