Do you have a heart for service to others? Snowline needs people willing to provide much-needed rest breaks for family members who are taking care of their loved ones. As a friendly visitor (no caregiving or medical skills necessary or expected), you would provide companionship to the patient and give the caregiver a break to do such things as run errands or take a much needed rest or nap in a nearby room. Put your love into action and partner with Snowline, a hospice organization serving the community for over 37 years-one family at a time. Patients available throughout the greater Sacramento area. To serve our community by supporting patients near end-of-life and guiding loved ones through grief.
We are looking for volunteers to serve patients, in administrative duties, and at our thrift stores. Serving patients is rewarding. Serving in administrative tasks is crucial. Serving at our thrift stores is fun. Plus, we have four locations to choose from: Folsom, Cameron Park, Placerville, and the RAP Center in Placerville. All volunteer opportunities support our mission of providing little to no-cost hospice and supportive care to patients near end-of-life. Come serve today and know what you do matters to those that need it most.
