Strength United has openings for Sexual Assault Advocate Volunteers. Our advocates are the heart of our organization providing support via our 24-hour hotline and accompanying adults and children to forensic medical examinations for sexual assault and domestic violence. So that you feel well prepared and connected to our organization, we provide extensive 60-hr training. Our next training starts April 19th and ends May 12th. The training occurs Friday-Sunday.

The rewards of volunteering for Strength United are many: helping people in crisis, working to end violence, receiving on-going training and supervision, educating the public about important social issues, assisting a long-standing community organization, and receiving certification as a Sexual Assault Advocate.
