Little Village READS is a new literacy initiative that pairs reading tutors with 1 st through 3 rd grade students in the Little Village Community. All our students have been referred by their teachers for extra help outside the classroom, and they meet with tutors two days a week to work on building their reading skills. Tutors engage students in free reading, interactive games, and fun literacy activities. Volunteers are welcome 1 day a week or you can come for all 4!
