The Demuth Garden Tour is the Demuth Museum's largest fundraising event of the year. The Tour is self-guided and includes beautiful and unique homes and gardens in downtown Lancaster and the surrounding neighborhoods. We are looking for volunteers to staff the homes and gardens to check tickets and help visitors see the properties. No gardening experience necessary.
Volunteer shifts:
Saturday June 10: 9:30am-1:30pm OR 1:15pm-5:15pm
Sunday June 11: 10:30am-1:30pm OR 1:15pm-5:15pm

Mission Statement
The Demuth Foundation, a non-profit organization established in 1981, operates the restored home and studio of world-renowned artist Charles Demuth (1883-1935) as the Demuth Museum in the heart of downtown Lancaster.
Description
The Demuth Museum owns more than 45 original Demuth works in its permanent collection, along with an extensive archive and library. In addition to rotating selections from the permanent collection, the Demuth Museum presents an annual schedule of changing exhibitions, educational programs and special events.
