We know you want to volunteer for this! Encourage and support our friends with disabilities who have dreamed of running or walking in a 5k, but thought it would be too difficult! We want you to join us in this 5k training program that will meet every Saturday morning and train for the Carmel 5k on April 22nd. Together, we can do this!
Program geared and built toward Stay Healthy Carmel 5k. Meet us at the Fitness Center Desk for our first session.
Please wear your volunteer shirt and comfortable clothing.
