Everybody Counts volunteers support and inspire elementary school students in math! Volunteers are needed to assist math teachers in the classroom while working with English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) students in small groups or one-on-one. You will provide the dedicated attention and support students need to succeed!
Commitment is at least once per week for the duration of the school year. All tutoring takes place during school hours, on the school campus.
MUST BE AGE 50+
Volunteers attend a class session every week then work with assigned student(s) to support and increase their understanding of the math principles taught.Everybody Counts is a program of JCA Heyman Interages Center.
