Rescue Me Project Ministries, Inc. (RMPM) is a 501 (c) 3 organization that helps formerly incarcerated individuals transition back into society. Our Mission is very simply, but has a major impact on our clients; "INSPIRING Lives One Day At Time!" We believe in giving second chances and building a support system during a time of need.

We need OUTSIDE OF THE BOX THINKERS to assist us with our upcoming events ASAP!. The position is for 1 year (Jan. 2017-Dec 2017) or longer. It's up to you.

*Job Description:

Assist the Executive Director

Secure and obtain donations and sponsors for all events

Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.

Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security

Meet with sponsors and organizing committees to plan scope and format of events, to establish and monitor budgets, or to review administrative procedures and event progress

Negotiate contracts with such service providers and suppliers as hotels, convention centers, and speakers

Maintain records of event aspects, including financial details

Conduct post-event evaluations to determine how future events could be improved

Organize registration of event participants
