We are currently looking for Board members for 2017-2018 fiscal year.

The primary responsibility of the board of directors:

All board members and member at large are expected to do the following:

• Be faithful to the organization's mission. He or she cannot act in a way that is inconsistent with the organization's goals (also see Conflict of interest section page 6)
• Makes serious commitment to participate actively in committee work.
• Members are expected to attend two (2) out of (3) meetings.
• Executive Board members are expected to attend three (3) meetings (April, August, and December).
• Accepts assignments and complete them thoroughly and on time.
• Stays informed about committee matters, prepares themselves well for meetings, and reviews and comments on minutes and reports.
• Get to know other committee members and builds a collegial working relationship that contributes to consensus.
• Is an active participant in the committee's annual evaluation and planning efforts.
• Board members should be comfortable with fundraising.
• hey are expected to set an example by donating to the organization themselves and to open the doors to other contributions
• Participates in fundraising for the organization.
  • Board members are expected to come up with one big and three small events per year
• The board member is trusted by the public to manage donated funds to fulfill the organization's mission

Rescue Me Project Ministries, Inc. (RMPM) is a 501 (c) 3 organization that helps formerly incarcerated individuals transition back into society.

Our Mission is very simple, but has a major impact on our clients; "Inspiring Lives One Day At Time!" We believe giving second chances and building strong support systems are crucial during the time of reentering into society.
