ORGANIZATION: PUTTING RARE DISEASES PATIENTS FIRST!(R)

These individuals must have track records of raising money for non profits.

Basis: This is a volunteer position

Responsibilities:

  • Request donations and funding from high net worth individuals
  • Submit grants to pharmaceutical companies and other funding sources
  • Submit grants to wealthy individuals and Family Offices with an interest in the rare disease space

Qualifications:

  1. Ideally someone with demonstrated fund raising experience, or aptitude
  2. Knowledge of the rare diseases space, or interest in the space.
  3. Be self motivated
  4. Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  5. Excellent command of the English language
  6. Ability to empathize with patients and parents.
  7. Ability to take the initiative
  8. Self starter
  9. Integrity and good character are essential for this position
  10. No conflict of interest

USA, UK (England, Scotland, Wales), France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Other countries in Europe, Canada
