Job Description

The Video Designer/Producer will be responsible to create ongoing short 3-5 minute videos that describes the HHP value proposition (benefits, what we stand for, what users can expect) and introductory/summarizing videos on specific health conditions (example: what is pancreatic cancer, types, its success rate, av.ge life expectancy, current/new treatments, what works/what doesn't based on users feedback on HHP site,...). Videos can be actual video footage (example interviews) or virtual animations with/without voice over and must be engaging, very visual to attract views and sharing in the social sites. We are looking for someone who is passionate about HHP's mission, is very creative and has time management skills. You will report to the HHP Web Manager, work closely with the online bloggers/community managers marketing team and with senior management (CMO) to achieve the HHP's targeted strategic communications and marketing goals. You should have at least three years of experience in video design and production for the web (desktop and mobile). You must be able to work fairly independently and able to manage deadline for producing the videos. Your name will be showcased at the end of each video and you will have the rights to use your produced content in your website/resume. The ability to work end-to-end from concept to storyboard to full execution of a video is very important.

Roles and Responsibilities - Video production and graphics for the web - Synching of music/voice over with the video - Video editing - Video formatting for correctly rendering in various devices (desktop, mobile) and Internet browsers. Help bring awareness and support for HHP's programs.
