The objective of BelFlex Junior Mentorship Program (BJMP) is to teach young adults professionalism in the workplace and skills that will carry them through the remainder of their life. These skills teach the students how to function in society as well as the workforce in a positive and successful manner. The ultimate goal is to successfully prepare graduated BJMP students to become employable and confident after obtaining knowledge from our program. The program also includes aligning with like-minded businesses, community leaders, educational institutions and more to impact the students enrolled with knowledge sharing and exposure opportunities.

BelFlex is encouraging local companies to participate by mentoring and giving students an opportunity to interview with real professionals and receive constructive feedback. Volunteers commit to helping from 10 - 11 AM on each of the dates below:

  • 5/10: Mock Interviews
  • 5/17: Graduation Ceremony
